Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional SPE BD Pool with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development and business monitoring. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and development of new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of strategic business plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on business monitoring data to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize web development skills to enhance the companys online presence and digital marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management to communicate business strategies and results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business activities.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated with industry trends.

  • Possess a strong background in web development and business monitoring.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills in both reading and writing.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of successful business development and revenue growth.
  • Show proficiency in market research and data analysis.
  • Have experience in managing the entire sales cycle and closing deals.
