Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience specializing in Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. Experience in data governance is a plus. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kofax-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize existing systems and processes to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
  • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kofax technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust data governance practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that positively impact society.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Kofax Capture and Kofax Transformation.
  • Have a good understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical specifications and user manuals.
  • Have a track record of optimizing systems for performance and scalability.
  • Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
