Technical Project Manager-Cybersecurity and Network

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager-Cybersecurity !The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Cybersecurity, network related projects.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and supervise issues and bring up resolution as the need arises.
  • Identify, assess, track, and recommend mitigation strategies to manage project risks.
  • Supervise and report on project progress.
  • Prepare and present high quality slide decks to various committees and customers, including steering committee.
  • Implement and handle change when vital to meet project outputs.
  • Evaluate and assess project’s success, including conducting lessons learned exercises.
  • Assist project team in writing documents (e.g. privacy notice, communications note, project webpage).
  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with business partners and internal/external team members.
  • Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/customer needs in accordance with the project mandate.
  • Conduct interviews with business and IT customers, take detailed notes and share with the team.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills):

  • Require 5 + years of experience as a project manager working on full projects lifecycles (from initiation to closure).
  • Must have 8+ years of experience as a business analyst gathering and detailing business and technical requirements via various techniques.
  • Previous experience in handling projects related to Identity & Access/ Network tools/ Security Tools.
  • Experience handling large-scale and sophisticated IT transformation projects.
  • Experience crafting and delivering outstanding slide decks for diverse groups, such as senior leaders and collaborators.
  • Experience with handling information security projects.
  • Experience with SharePoint tools (lists creations, and dashboards), Teams and MS project with no supervision.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills):

  • Experience developing project management frameworks that are suitable for the higher education environment, or similar.
  • Nice to have PMP certification.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have good communication and teamwork abilities.

Working arrangements :
