Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Mobile Testing Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Warranty Management-Technology Service Contracts & Parts Management-Tech and Field Service Management-Tech is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Utilize SNOW for incident and problem management.
  • Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks.
  • Conduct Manual E2E BPA to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform mobile testing across different platforms and devices.
  • Use Rally for agile project management and tracking.
  • Manage test cases and defects using HP ALM and Jira.
  • Apply basic programming skills to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in testing.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance their skills and performance.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.
  • Must be proficient in SNOW for incident and problem management.
  • Must have expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
  • Must have hands-on experience in Manual E2E BPA.
  • Must be skilled in Mobile Testing across different platforms.
  • Must be experienced in using Rally for project management.
  • Must have knowledge of HP ALM and Jira for test case and defect management.
  • Must possess basic programming skills for automation.
  • Nice to have experience in Warranty Management-Technology.
  • Nice to have experience in Service Contracts & Parts Management-Tech.
  • Nice to have experience in Field Service Management-Tech.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid work model with day shifts.
  • Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certification Certified Agile Tester HP ALM Certification
