Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 16 to 20 years of experience specializing in Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Salesforce implementations to identify and address potential issues.
  • Manage the deployment of Salesforce solutions including testing and user training.
  • Monitor the performance of Salesforce solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with the data governance team to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have experience in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce projects.
  • Should be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
  • Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Should have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Should have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
