We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and eager-to-learn candidate to take our Cognizant´s company brand to the next level:
Experience as a tester: Developing, executing, and documenting test plans.
Test Planning and Design: Creating detailed test plans covering all functional and non-functional aspects of the financial product, based on customer requirements and product specifications.
Collaboration with the Development Team: Working closely with developers to understand the requirements of new functionalities and defect fixes, ensuring clear and efficient communication for timely problem resolution.
Experience in SQL Queries: Having experience in using SQL language to perform efficient queries on the digital loan system database, allowing data verification and identification of potential issues during quality testing.
Knowledge of testing tools: Postman and Jira.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, etc.
Definition and adaptation of internal quality procedures: Standards and specifications based on industry quality standards and audit recommendations.
Ensuring company-wide quality testing standards.
Reviewing quality metrics: To identify improvement opportunities or deficiencies in meeting established standards.
Experience in testing Web, App, and APIs.
Good communication skills: To work collaboratively in a team.
Nice to have: Experience with one or more banking products/processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth, onboarding, etc.).
Nice to have: Proficiency in SQL.
Languages: English and Spanish.
Working hours: Spain time zone.
