Position Summary
- Minimum 8+ years of Testing Experience In web application
- Good experience in P&C Insurance domain
- Experience in UI Automation Testing with Selenium WebDriver using Java and Cucumber.
- Proven track record of driving automation implementation to increase test coverage, improve efficiency, and ensure application reliability.
- Good experience in API testing using Postman tool
- Strong knowledge in IBM FileNet Applications (Workflow and Content Management with good hands-on experience
- Experience in working with / handling 3rd party stakeholders
- Strong in communication and stakeholder management
- Able to work independently with different application leads, teams, 3rd party and formulate E2E test strategy and plan on Test Environment, Test Data, System Integration testing
- Experience in handling Agile projects and driving the agile ceremonies
- Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
- Good presentation / reporting skills

Roles And Responsibilities

- Able to drive meeting and clearly communicate / articulate / identify action, action owner and deadline
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization.
- Drive implementation for the program to enhance automation coverage.
- Strong in communication and stakeholder management
- Good presentation / reporting skills
- Participate in daily standup calls, Iteration planning meetings, retrospection, QA community meeting etc.
Salary Range: $90,000-100,000
