Job Summary

Join our team as a Functional Specialist in the ISG domain where you will leverage your expertise in T24 modules to enhance our accounting and reporting systems. With a focus on retail deposits accounts and lending you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of T24 Accounting and Reporting systems to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of T24 Collaterals and Limits modules to ensure seamless operations and risk management.
  • Provide expert guidance on T24 AA Retail Deposits and Accounts to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance T24 AA Retail Lending solutions driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with T24 Regulatory and Compliance standards safeguarding the organization against potential risks.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to T24 Core functionalities ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for T24 processes facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on T24 modules fostering a culture of learning and development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of T24 systems providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the Market Delivery Unit (MDU) by aligning T24 solutions with market demands and business objectives.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new functionalities and features within the T24 ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to achieve project goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in T24 Accounting and Reporting with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in T24 Collaterals Limits and AA Retail Deposits with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Have experience in T24 AA Retail Accounts and Lending with a commitment to improving customer experience.
  • Exhibit knowledge of T24 Regulatory and Compliance standards ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Display proficiency in T24 Core functionalities with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in the Market Delivery Unit (MDU) is a plus with an understanding of market trends and demands.
