Job Summary

The Sr. Process Executive-Ops will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service within the Workers Compensation domain. With a focus on Care Management Policy Administration and Claims the candidate will ensure seamless operations in a hybrid work model. This role requires rotational shifts and demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Workers Compensation.
  • Oversee the Care Management process to ensure efficient handling of cases and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage Policy Administration tasks ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle Workers Compensation Claims with precision ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Utilize technical skills to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts ensuring consistent coverage and support for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for team members.
  • Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
  • Demonstrate experience in Workers Comp Care Management Policy Admin and Claims.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show proficiency in using relevant software and tools for process management.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and manage time efficiently.
  • Commit to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Workers Compensation Professional (CWCP) or equivalent certification.
