Job Summary

The Senior Process Executive - B&L will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service within the domain of Property & Casualty Insurance. With a focus on claim investigation the role requires a blend of technical expertise and domain knowledge. The position operates in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts ensuring flexibility and dynamic engagement with clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Property & Casualty Insurance claims.
  • Oversee the claim investigation process to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance to assess claims and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency in claim handling.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Monitor claim processing activities to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and develop strategies for improving claim investigation processes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to enhance team capabilities in customer service and claim investigation.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies to optimize workflow and enhance service delivery.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality service that positively impacts society. Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in customer service with a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in claim investigation and handling within the insurance domain.
  • Have experience in rotational shifts and hybrid work models to adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing data and implementing process improvements.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Insurance Claims Adjuster Certification
