We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in SAP SD specifically for Brazil and LATAM regions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes and have a strong background in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage day shifts without the need for travel contributing to our companys growth and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP SD solutions tailored for Brazil and LATAM ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Oversee the Order to Cash process optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP SD functionalities addressing any issues that arise during operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives and strategies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP SD configurations.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and standards in SAP SD implementations.
- Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD solutions identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SAP SD processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on SAP SD best practices and new functionalities.
- Utilize domain expertise in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve SAP SD processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize SAP SD operations.
- Drive innovation by exploring new SAP SD features and technologies to benefit the company and its clients. Qualifications
- Possess a deep understanding of SAP SD particularly in the context of Brazil and LATAM.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes ensuring streamlined operations.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics supporting data analysis and interpretation.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
