Job Summary

As a Sr. Quality Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will leverage your expertise in Selenium and Cucumber along with your domain knowledge in Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims to develop and execute comprehensive test plans. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Utilize Selenium and Cucumber to automate test scripts and enhance testing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify document and track software defects to resolution ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform thorough regression testing to validate software functionality after changes or enhancements.
  • Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the integration of automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure software meets performance and scalability requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
  • Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Mentor junior team members providing guidance and support to enhance their testing skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all testing activities.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Selenium and Cucumber for test automation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Payer Claims and Medicare & Medicaid Claims domains.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Have experience with performance testing and tools.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be knowledgeable in continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
