Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer for the Sr. Associate - Projects role with 6 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maven SOAP Jira Rest API TestNG Java Cucumber SQL Swagger Docker AWS Karate BDD Scrum GITHUB Jenkins Playwright and TypeScript. Experience in Azure soapUI ReadyAPI SauceLabs UAF CALISA ALM and SAFE is a plus. Domain experience in Cable Equipments and Cable Technologies is preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using tools like TestNG Cucumber and Karate.
  • Provide expertise in Maven SOAP Rest API and Swagger to streamline testing processes.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking defects and managing project tasks efficiently.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks using Jenkins Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline using GITHUB and Docker.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Leverage AWS for cloud-based testing environments and resources.
  • Apply BDD and Scrum methodologies to enhance collaboration and improve project outcomes.
  • Conduct performance testing and security testing as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in quality engineering.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on testing progress and results.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing strategies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Maven SOAP Jira Rest API TestNG Java Cucumber SQL Swagger Docker AWS Karate BDD Scrum GITHUB Jenkins Playwright and TypeScript.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Show experience in cloud-based testing environments particularly AWS.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Azure soapUI ReadyAPI SauceLabs UAF CALISA ALM and SAFE is a plus.
  • Domain experience in Cable Equipments and Cable Technologies is preferred.

    CERTIFIED SCRUMMASTER (CSM) AWS CERTIFIED SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT ISTQB CERTIFIED TESTER ANY OF THESE ARE GOOD TO HAVE
