Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Spring Boot Microservices Azure Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions. The position does not require travel and operates on a day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust scalable and high-performance applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration with various systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure the quality of code through rigorous testing and code reviews adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Manage the deployment of applications on Azure ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support database operations and enhance application functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Document technical specifications and project plans ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of applications before release.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing REST Web Services and integrating with various systems.
  • Have hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and deployment strategies.
  • Show proficiency in Core Java and PL/SQL with a solid understanding of database operations.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
