Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Merchandising and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Analyst will be responsible for providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve business processes and drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize merchandising operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support decision-making.
  • Support the development and execution of merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL and Tableau.
  • Have experience in the merchandising domain.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Show adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
