Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM Frontend and AEM Backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM Frontend and Backend components to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for AEM projects.
  • Implement best practices in AEM development to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and testing.
  • Optimize AEM solutions for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective AEM solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for AEM implementations.
  • Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference.
  • Collaborate with IT Consulting and Analytics teams to leverage domain expertise in AEM projects.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in AEM Frontend and Backend development.
  • Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics which is a nice to have.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM technologies and best practices.
