Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Desktop Management - SCCM Desktop Support - Remote and SCCM administration. This role is hybrid and requires day shift work. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and administration of ServiceNow ITSM to ensure efficient IT service management.
  • Oversee the configuration and management of SCCM for desktop management and software deployment.
  • Provide remote desktop support to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage SCCM administration tasks including software updates patch management and system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement desktop management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all IT operations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  • Train and support end-users on IT systems and tools.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to the development of new solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in ServiceNow ITSM demonstrating the ability to manage IT services effectively.
  • Have extensive experience in Desktop Management
  • SCCM showcasing the ability to deploy and manage software efficiently.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in providing remote desktop support ensuring quick resolution of technical issues.
  • Exhibit expertise in SCCM administration including software updates and patch management.
  • Show a solid understanding of IT policies and industry standards ensuring compliance in all operations.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills enabling effective troubleshooting and system maintenance.
  • Possess strong communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with IT teams and end-users.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
  • Show experience in training and supporting end-users on IT systems and tools.
  • Have a track record of contributing to IT projects and developing new solutions.
  • Exhibit the ability to provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in IT service delivery.
  • Possess a proactive approach to managing IT incidents and service requests.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
