Data Transfer Coordinator

What you’ll do

Your mission as a Data Transfer Coordinator will be Coordinate & securely store the data from Client-designed/built data collecting equipment such as high-resolution cameras geolocation hardware and computers into cars and mechanical structures. Coordinators monitor all locations regionally and globally for successful data ingest from the disks allocate disks for projects plan and procure disks as per project requirement. L1 troubleshooting for disks failing to ingest. Track any lost and found disks and manage damaged disks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle electronic devices and operate servers daily
  • Coordinate a range of Data Transfer related operations in an assigned region and globally where required monitoring the availability and use of physical assets and report where processes are not executed by other teams as defined Monitor inventory via dashboards and redistribute, if necessary, regularly liaise with software and hardware engineering as well as logistics teams
  • Promptly respond to customer queries proactively and efficiently communicate with an extensive list of stakeholders from various disciplines of the business to be able to coordinate effective task execution with the expected results Assist with planning and coordinating projects provide regular progress updates lead meetings and take minutes keep documentation UpToDate and efficiently organize your own workload
  • Monitor data transfer processes and datasets stored in the cloud and highlight inconsistencies Ability to utilize information from complex dashboards
  • Carry out daily weekly and fortnightly checks and escalate issues in a timely manner
  • Take ownership of the role and assigned tasks and to be a trusted point of contact Be part of a multinational team collaborate to standardize global processes communicate objectively and openly drive discussions and be curious
  • Anticipate the needs of customers by actively listening and keeping up to date with changing environments and strategic directions Solve problems before they arise by addressing early warning signs prioritize tasks based on business needs importance and urgency Attend meetings outside of normal work hours when required approximately once a month

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Technology and similar background
  • Language Level: Advanced English
  • Technical Background on Data Transfer
  • Data Transfer Management
  • Hardware management
