Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 12 to 15 years of experience in .NET + Entity Framework + Angular. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals. The position is a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications using .NET + Entity Framework + Angular to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that enhance our product offerings.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable to support long-term business goals.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the software.
  • Document technical specifications and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Angular JS and .Net Framework demonstrating the ability to develop robust and scalable applications.
  • Have a deep understanding of the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains to ensure domain-specific requirements are met.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers to build a strong and cohesive team.
  • Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices including code reviews unit testing and documentation.
