Job Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Specialist with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams Administration Microsoft Teams Basic IP Telephony and Collaboration-Microsoft Teams. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The Cloud Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Microsoft Teams to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Basic IP Telephony systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams and related collaboration tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams with other enterprise applications.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Microsoft Teams usage and administration.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of new collaboration tools and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in the administration of Microsoft Teams.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools.
  • Provide recommendations for improving system efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies and collaboration tools.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Microsoft Teams Administration.
  • Should possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and its features.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Basic IP Telephony systems.
  • Should be proficient in collaboration tools specifically Microsoft Teams.
  • Nice to have experience in integrating Microsoft Teams with other enterprise applications.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Must have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Should be able to conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Must have a strong understanding of security policies and procedures related to cloud technologies.
