Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
  • Utilize DB2 Development skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets for informed decision-making.
  • Leverage Business Intelligence tools to generate actionable insights and drive business growth.
  • Monitor business performance using advanced business monitoring techniques to ensure targets are met.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all business development activities.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with experience in DB2 Development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
