Job Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Google for Education within strategic large public customer accounts. You will be the key liaison between Customer and these crucial stakeholders, responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and orchestrating impactful programs that drive engagement and growth.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Planning and Executing Google Days: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging Google Day events tailored to diverse audiences within the education sector, including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers. These events will serve as platforms to showcase the value proposition of Google for Education solutions and drive adoption.
- Driving User Engagement: Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to increase the utilization of Google for Education tools among educators and students. This includes creating compelling content, delivering impactful training sessions, and fostering a thriving online community.
- Renewal, Upsell, and Upgrade: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts. You will leverage your deep understanding of customer needs and product knowledge to advocate for Google for Education solutions and drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the Secretaries of Education. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with Google's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans encompassing Google Days, ongoing engagement initiatives, and strategies for renewal, upsell, and upgrade.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Secretaries of Education, including administrators, IT professionals, pedagogical leaders, and teachers.
- Event Management: Plan and execute impactful Google Day events, ensuring seamless logistics, compelling content, and measurable outcomes.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content, including presentations, training materials, and online resources, to promote the adoption and effective use of Google for Education solutions.
- Training and Enablement: Deliver impactful training sessions to educators and administrators, empowering them to leverage Google for Education tools effectively in the classroom.
- Community Building: Foster a thriving online community of educators, providing a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practice dissemination.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for renewal, upsell, and upgrade within existing accounts.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in program management, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 education landscape and the challenges faced by schools and districts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and its potential to transform education.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
