Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BDD Cucumber Java TestNG and Selenium along with domain experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software development processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications using BDD Cucumber Java TestNG and Selenium.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify document and track defects and issues working closely with developers to resolve them.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Monitor and analyze test results providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing tools and methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Work closely with product managers and business analysts to ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are completed within project timelines and meet quality standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in BDD Cucumber Java TestNG and Selenium.
  • Have domain expertise in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in test automation and test management tools.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and adapting to changing project requirements.

    • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Certified Agile Tester or equivalent certifications in software testing.
