Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect
We seek an expert Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our pre-sales team. The ideal candidate will use their deep Salesforce expertise, skills, and knowledge to design and present innovative solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Define architecture and transformation roadmaps aligned with the business strategy and articulate the business value of architecture options.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in Customer Experience (CX) for one or more industry verticals.
• Create CX/CRM solutions using the Salesforce platform and other Clouds & Services.
• Advise senior leadership team on improving value and decreasing the Total Cost of Ownership.
• Define and drive innovation agenda using the newest technology trends like Agent AI.
• Assess existing Salesforce solutions to identify business and technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Mentoring architects through their career journey and leading teams of architects on large-scale deliveries.
• Influencing C-level customers on strategic architecture decisions & roadmap.
Required Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills to challenge the status quo and present new ideas
• Participate/Lead client management, discovery, workshops and RFPs.
• Enterprise Architecture, ideally with experience/certification in one or more architecture methodologies
• Experience of multi-cloud & multi-vendor solutions, in particular some of the following: CPQ, Field Service, Industry Clouds, Commerce cloud
• Experience developing winning proposals, bid submissions, Salesforce product innovations & Industry expertise across horizontals.
• Experience representing Cognizant in external forums, promoting Salesforce practice growth.
Preferred Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience
• Complex integration and associated best practices within
• Experience in architecting large-scale enterprise platforms with 100+ resources and collaborating with multiple enterprise systems
• Experience in implementing architectural governance and patterns, proactively leading issues and risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Digital Experience platforms, Marketing Cloud, Revenue cloud, CPQ, e-commerce, Industry clouds
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 4/18/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $210,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
