Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Integration and ServiceNow Discovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow Discovery to identify and manage IT assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations
  • Ensure the performance scalability and reliability of ServiceNow applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical input to project timelines and deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all technical activities

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Integration and ServiceNow Discovery
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell
  • Have a solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
  • Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools

  • Certifications Required

    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
