Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technical skills and preferably some experience in Consumer Lending Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive projects to success and contribute significantly to our companys goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SFDC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in SFDC customization.
  • Develop and maintain SFDC Service Cloud applications to enhance customer service.
  • Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Configure SFDC settings to optimize system performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC projects.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of SFDC data through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Document technical specifications and project plans for SFDC implementations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing SFDC solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of SFDC best practices and industry standards.
  • Show experience in Consumer Lending Finance & Accounting is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
