Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra Developer with 6 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Discovery CMDB Service Mapping and ServiceNow ITOM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on developing and maintaining our infrastructure. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules to enhance IT operations management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise in the areas of infrastructure development and maintenance.
  • Ensure the stability and efficiency of IT operations through proactive monitoring and management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM and ITOM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular audits of the CMDB to ensure data integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure development and IT operations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM and ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations management.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

  • Certifications Required

    ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITIL Foundation Certification
