Responsibilities
· To Provide remote desktop support to end-users ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
· Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of desktop systems and software.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems ensuring minimal downtime.
· Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
· Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement best practices for desktop support.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
· Assist in the development of technical documentation and user guides.
· Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and software.
· Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and issues.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of desktop support processes.
· Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets.
· Support the finance team with any technical issues related to financial software and systems.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient support.
Essential Skills
· Should have strong technical skills in remote desktop support.
· Have experience in the finance domain understanding the specific needs and challenges.
· Show proficiency in installing and configuring desktop systems and software.
· Have a good understanding of system performance monitoring and updates.
· Be able to develop and maintain technical documentation.
