Sr. Product Specialist(T)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 6 to 10 years of experience in Camstar MES for our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and preferably experience in the industrial manufacturing domain. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of Camstar MES solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Camstar MES to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Camstar MES.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Camstar MES projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Camstar MES processes and configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Camstar MES.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Camstar MES implementations.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance Camstar MES capabilities.
  • Support the integration of Camstar MES with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and system performance to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of project plans timelines and resource allocation for Camstar MES projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Camstar MES processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Camstar MES.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise in Camstar MES.
  • Have experience in the industrial manufacturing domain (nice to have).
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
  • Have experience in documentation and process improvement.
  • Show a proactive approach to monitoring and enhancing system performance.
  • Possess strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Camstar MES Professional Six Sigma Green Belt (nice to have)
