JDE Finance Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 18 to 20 years of experience in JDE - E1 Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable General Ledger Fixed Assets and Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Medical Devices. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of JDE
  • E1 financial modules including Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
  • Oversee the integration of financial systems with other business processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial management best practices within the JDE
  • E1 environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for financial processes and system configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and management.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on JDE
  • E1 financial modules and best practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes as needed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDE
  • E1 financial modules.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of financial systems with interpersonal goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with JDE
  • E1 Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable General Ledger Fixed Assets and Financial Management.
  • Should have a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Medical Devices.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of leading successful financial system implementations.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 03/27/2025

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000/Year to $155,000/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
