Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Functional Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Principal Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in S/4 HANA FI-SD Integration S/4 HANA FI-MM Integration and other key S/4 HANA modules. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of both technical and domain skills particularly in Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and implementation of S/4 HANA FI-SD and FI-MM integrations to ensure seamless business operations.
• Oversee the configuration and optimization of S/4 HANA Accounts Receivables and Profitability Analysis to enhance financial reporting.
• Provide expertise in S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting and SAP Controlling to improve cost management processes.
• Drive the implementation of S/4 HANA Profit Center Accounting and Product Costing to support accurate financial planning.
• Manage the setup of S/4 HANA Automatic Payments and New GL to streamline financial transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of S/4 HANA solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on S/4 HANA functionalities.
• Develop and maintain documentation for S/4 HANA configurations and customizations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Provide strategic guidance on leveraging S/4 HANA capabilities to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in S/4 HANA implementations.
• Support the integration of S/4 HANA with other enterprise systems to enhance overall business efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize S/4 HANA processes.
Required Qualifications:
Must have extensive experience in S/4 HANA FI-SD Integration FI-MM Integration Accounts Receivables and Profitability Analysis.
• Must have strong expertise in S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting SAP Controlling Profit Center Accounting and Product Costing.
• Must have proficiency in S/4 HANA Automatic Payments and New GL.
• Nice to have experience in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain
• Consumer Goods.
• Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $156,500 – $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
