Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GeoSpatial Sr. Analyst MAP with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium PL/SQL and Maven. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment contributing to our projects and enhancing our geospatial capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of geospatial analysis projects to support business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of geospatial data with existing systems using Java and PL/SQL.
  • Provide technical expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Scrum methodologies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium and TestNG to ensure software quality.
  • Utilize Jira for project tracking issue resolution and team collaboration.
  • Implement and manage build processes using Maven to ensure efficient project workflows.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of geospatial data.
  • Create detailed documentation for all geospatial processes and workflows.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on geospatial analysis techniques and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial analysis.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial analysis methodologies and tools.

  • Must have strong experience with Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Must have expertise in Scrum methodologies for effective project management.
  • Must have proficiency in Java for developing geospatial applications.
  • Must have experience with TestNG for automated testing.
  • Must have experience with Jira for project tracking and issue resolution.
  • Must have expertise in Selenium for automated testing of web applications.
  • Must have strong knowledge of PL/SQL for database management.
  • Must have experience with Maven for managing build processes.
  • Nice to have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.
  • Nice to have experience in creating detailed documentation for technical processes.
  • Nice to have experience in ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Nice to have experience in providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Nice to have experience in contributing to the improvement of methodologies and tools.
