Qualifications

6 to 8 yrs of QA experience in :

- Retail/e-commerce domain responsible for ensuring the functionality, and usability of online shopping platforms.

- Work closely with businesses stakeholders for different brands, developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify defects and improve the overall user experience.

- MANHATTAN OMNI application, understanding of SQL, API & Webservices are a must.

- AS400 experience is nice to have.

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand existing ecommerce landscape and perform test

strategy, test planning, test design, functional, regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.

Understand end to end test requirements of supply chain process and cover end-to-end e-commerce functionalities such as product browsing, checkout, payments, order tracking, inventory management ship to customer from warehouse/store, ship to store and returns for detailed test design.

Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, testing scope, objectives, and timelines.

Validate third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management systems, warehouse management system, shipping services)

Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to

work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Provide detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/21/25

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477/- to $ 92,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
