Responsibilities:
- Triage manager role at onsite, to work closely with Client Business & IT, identify the problem, translate the incident / issues into problem / change tickets and get fix with implementation solutions and timelines
- Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with interpersonal goals.
- Collaborate with collaborators to gather and validate requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all business processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and requirements.
- Help technical teams communicate effectively with business collaborators.
- Be responsible for the implementation of business solutions and ensure they meet the defined requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Deliver training and support to team members on business analysis techniques.
- Supervise and report on the progress of business analysis activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and regulatory compliance.
- Lead workshops and meetings to capture requirements and present findings.
- Support project management activities by providing business analysis expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in Collection
- Business Analyst and Regulatory Business Analyst roles.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Showcase superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a demonstrable record of effectively handling business analysis activities.
- Show proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in coordination with multi-functional teams.
- Exhibit good interpersonal and time management proficiencies.
- Show a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
- Have experience in providing training and support to team members.
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for the position is between $75,600– $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
