Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 13 years of experience in AEM Frontend AEM Backend and AEM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires a day shift with no travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AEM-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of AEM Frontend and Backend components to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical expertise in AEM to guide the development team and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM applications by conducting regular code reviews and optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on AEM-related projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the stipulated timelines.
  • Implement analytics solutions to track and measure the performance of AEM applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team to enhance their skills in AEM and related areas.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AEM implementations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AEM solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in AEM Frontend development.
  • Must have strong expertise in AEM Backend development.
  • Must have a deep understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
  • Nice to have experience in IT Consulting to provide strategic insights.
  • Nice to have experience in Analytics to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must have a proven track record of successful AEM project implementations.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Must be passionate about delivering high-quality technology solutions.
