Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Android development to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with team members to create innovative mobile applications. This role requires a strong technical background in Android development and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Android applications to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
  • Continuously discover evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and standards.
  • Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Android development.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Android development with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages.
  • Have experience with Android SDK Android Studio and other development tools.
  • Show a solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
  • Exhibit knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
  • Display familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
