Job Summary

We are seeking an Online Specialist - CM with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong English speaking skills and a background in ISV or Hi-Tech domains. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. The candidate will play a key role in managing online content and ensuring effective communication.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee online content to ensure it aligns with company standards and objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on content management best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze online content performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all online content is up-to-date and relevant to the target audience.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely delivery of online content.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on content performance metrics.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance online content visibility.
  • Conduct regular audits of online content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in online content management.
  • Provide training and support to new team members on content management systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align online content with overall marketing strategies.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong English speaking skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in ISV or Hi-Tech domains is highly desirable.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work from the office and adapt to rotational shifts.
  • Should have experience with content management systems and online analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Content Marketing Specialist or equivalent certification is preferred.
