We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lending Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developing strategic plans, managing merger projects, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting functional capabilities, understanding the lending value chain, and handling origination and servicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the Lending Value Chain - Possess a deep understanding of the lending value chain, encompassing origination, underwriting, servicing, and collections. Optimize each phase for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Origination and Servicing-Manage the end-to-end lending process, including client acquisition, credit analysis, loan processing, customer service, and portfolio management, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all lending activities.
- Developing Strategic Plans - Develop comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive sustainable growth.
- Managing Merger Projects-Oversee the integration of multiple entities, ensuring seamless transitions and the realization of synergies.
- Coordinating with Stakeholders-Facilitate effective collaboration and consensus-building to ensure all parties are aligned and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documenting Functional Capabilitie-Document functional capabilities, providing clear and detailed descriptions of processes, systems, and roles within the organization.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting complex data and identifying patterns.
- Knowledge of financial principles, Commercial Lending data structures and loan structuring.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the lending industry
- Proven track record in strategic planning and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
