Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Reporting Jira Video (Proprietary) and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). Experience in the Media domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for various projects.
- Oversee the development and implementation of reporting solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide expertise in Jira to manage and track project progress.
- Utilize proprietary video tools to support project deliverables.
- Manage portfolio and project management (PPM) activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support the development of business cases and project proposals.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope time and budget.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Contribute to the companies purpose by delivering high-quality solutions that impact society positively.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting tools and techniques.
- Have extensive experience with Jira for project management.
- Show expertise in using proprietary video tools.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of portfolio and project management (PPM) methodologies.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Have experience in the Media domain (nice to have).
- Possess a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
