Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Relationship Manager with 15 to 17 years of expertise in Sales Service and Marketing domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM for Sales and will be responsible for managing client relationships ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth. This hybrid role requires occasional travel and operates during the day shift.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Provide expert advice on Sales Service and Marketing domains to optimize client solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate project success.
  • Track and report on client relationship metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Manage client contracts and negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Sales Service and Marketing domains.
  • Should possess strong expertise in CRM for Sales.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should be willing to travel as needed.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing client relationships successfully.
