Responsibilities

Domain SME - Responsible for solution development POV creation deal solutioning develop point solutions

Manage innovations within the domain

Market analysis and strategy development

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector through market research networking and outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing product development and delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups and addressing client concerns promptly.
