Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool and Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role involves developing and implementing automation solutions to enhance business processes ensuring efficiency and accuracy.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation Tool to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design develop and test automation workflows to ensure they meet the specified requirements and standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation solutions to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Document automation processes and solutions to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Robotics Process Automation and Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all automation solutions.
  • Participate in project planning and provide estimates for development tasks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Provide training and support to team members on automation tools and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality automation solutions that enhance business efficiency and accuracy.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Robotics Process Automation Tool.
  • Must have domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have experience with other automation tools and technologies.
  • Nice to have experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Should be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Should have experience with code versioning tools.
  • Should be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
