Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning tracking scope management risk management and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project is essential. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Oversee project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Provide comprehensive project scope management to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Implement effective project risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
  • Manage project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Serve as a CX-Scrum Master to guide the team in Agile practices and principles.
  • Utilize Agile PLM to manage product lifecycle and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Employ MS Project to create detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in project planning tracking and scope management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in project risk management and stakeholder management.
  • Have proficiency in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project.
  • Experience in Billing & Revenue Management and Devices is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills.

    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP)
