Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Product Engineering Manager with 16 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core along with domain expertise in Multi-Channel Order Management Services. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who can drive product engineering initiatives and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the product engineering team to design develop and implement high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure that all software solutions meet performance scalability and security standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the engineering team.
  • Manage project timelines resources and budgets to ensure successful delivery of products.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all engineering processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Web API Microservices.NET and .Net Core.
  • Have extensive experience in Multi-Channel Order Management Services.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management and resource allocation.
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certifications Required

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
