Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for project execution.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans to meet business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Power BI, OSIsoft PI/ASPEN IP21, OSIsoft PI Historian, and AVEVA PI Historian.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all project records are maintained accurately.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure all action items are tracked and completed.
- Provide training and support to team members on project management tools and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in Power BI OSIsoft PI/ASPEN IP21 OSIsoft PI Historian, and AVEVA PI Historian.
- Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
