About the role:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Support users through diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Issuing equipment and accessories for users
- Installing and configuring computers, printers, VoIP phones and networking devices,
- Management of alarm and access control systems, including the preparation of access cards,
- Maintaining mobile asset tracking database, including their issuing and receiving
- Keeping records of hardware and software
- Preparation of documentation
- Performing other tasks ordered by the Company, in line with the employee's qualifications.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with computer hardware and commonly used software, network equipment, protocols and diagnostic tools
- Knowledge about Windows Server administration in domain environment
- Linux system administration skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office
- Working spoken and written English
- Problem-solving attitude
