Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Process Executive - B&L with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage). This is a work-from-office position with night shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process mortgage-related documents and claims efficiently.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve process workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel.
  • Should have experience in mortgage-related domains such as Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn) and Customer service (Mortgage).
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) or equivalent certification preferred.
