Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to support and enhance our real estate management processes within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) module, including configuration, integration, and compliance with IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP RE-FX solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure contracts, lease-in/lease-out processes, and real estate objects.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (IFRS 16, ASC 842).
- Integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and PM.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX module.
- Strong understanding of real estate business processes and lease accounting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration points between RE-FX and other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP certification in RE-FX or related modules.
- Experience in real estate, retail, or asset-intensive industries.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to RE-FX.
