We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Maximo Anywhere and Customer Service Management. This hybrid role requires a strong background in managing projects ensuring customer satisfaction and driving innovation in Research and Development.

Qualifications
• Must have extensive experience in Maximo Anywhere and Customer Service Management
• Should have a strong background in project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have experience in managing budgets and financials for projects
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Nice to have experience in research and development domain
• Should have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Should have the ability to lead and motivate project teams
• Must be proficient in project management tools and software
• Should have a strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Should have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Responsibilities
• Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Maximo Anywhere
• Provide direction and support to project teams to ensure alignment with project goals
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer service management processes effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in research and development projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team success
