Job Description: Teamcenter CAD Migration Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamcenter CAD Migration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the migration of CAD data from existing systems to Teamcenter, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Migration Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan, including data mapping, conversion, and validation.

Data Analysis: Analyze existing CAD data to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution.

Teamcenter Configuration: Configure Teamcenter to meet business requirements, including setting up workflows, user roles, and access controls.

Data Migration: Migrate CAD data from existing systems to Teamcenter, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure it meets business requirements.

Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of the migration process, including data mapping, conversion, and validation.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and they are informed throughout the migration process.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in CAD data management, with at least 2 years of experience in Teamcenter.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Teamcenter and CAD data management principles.

Experience with data migration and integration.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Certifications: Teamcenter certification preferred.
Nice to Have:

Experience with other CAD systems (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

- The annual salary for this position is between $128K – $174K + COLA-Cost of Living Allowance + Bonus depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
